Wood + Winter Wedding {Cozy}
Although snow capped winter weddings are rare in Southern California, where sunny days are in abundance, and falling snow doesn't last more then an hour. Don't get me wrong the weather does get a little chilly around mid-December to about mid-March and choosing warm cozy elements for your wedding make a rustic wedding fit for a an Ice Princess on her very big day.
When choosing a rustic themed winter wedding start with aesthetics, fabrics, texture and visual displays that give the sense of warmth, intimacy and vibrancy. I love this style...more tips and tutorials to come...cuddle up and stay warm.

Winter Weddings {Tulle & Chantilly}
It's been forever but between running my boutique, graduating from school and getting licensed as an Esthetician my world as been insane!!! I've finally settled down a little and started to do a little house keeping and a few changes are happening...{Excited}
If you've ever read my blog over the past couple of years I've blogged about everything from my family, my business, and my favorite things...weddings, shopping, luxury hotels, boutiques, friendships and in 2013 I have so much more in store!
I'm starting with an amazing website that I've discovered while searching for affordable bridal attire and accessories. I blogged about it on my other site and received a nice comment from the editor of the blog and website Tulle & Chantilly Ava Mellor. Nina Fleurina will become a full service stylish wedding blog and I promise to bring amazing vendors, DIY Tutorials, fabulous shops and so much more. Tulle & Chantilly is one of them and if you're on a tight budget but desire to look like a princess or a queen then this website is the place to be. They offer "Design It Yourself" bridal dress options. Once the honey and I decided what year to renew our vows...hopefully next year (#16th) then this is where I'll be, designing my very own gown. Glamorous!

Loafers for Life
I'm a huge fan of penny loafers, every since I was a young girl I've been in love. Almost 10 years ago my husband purchased me a pair of patent leather pink loafers that I still wear till to this day. I've gotten so many compliments from them. I can't bear to part which leads to me why every woman should own a pair of loafers, something stylish, possibly even sexy, yes sexy loafers exist and I've put together a list of pics that incorporate the proper pair of loafers screaming fun, sexy and sophisticated! OOh I love the bottom two...what about you? Would you wear loafers, if so...where to?

Get French {Kist} !
Last week I created a new fragrance that was inspired by the sun rays of Spring, one of my most pinned boards and the affection my husband and I still have for each other after almost 20 years of marriage. After all this time, ups and downs {more ups and downs} still kiss like when we first met and that's just one of the things that I love dearly about my husband.
I felt so passionate about my new scent that I changed the name from {KIST} to French{Kist} and it's sooo fitting, with notes of Orange Blossom and Jasmine it's been a big hit for the re-opening of the boutique. Fabulous!
Here's few pics to say get French {KIST} like you've never been kissed before!

Fragrant Fleur Inspired by Irises Designs
The Fragrant Floral Designer
I was inspired to create this inspirational board by a bouquet described on Facebook by Irises Designs, floral company I follow who just happen to be owned by a dear friend of mine Ricardo Delgado. As soon as I saw that gardenia was placed in the display I was like this bouquet must smell as beautiful as it looks. Well I can only imagine...
Gardenia {origin} China {meaning} hospitality, grace and secret love, the entire bouquet brought out gorgeous Spring colors of greens, pale pinks and creams, a soft femininity that could only mean one thing...somebody was getting married.
Thinking about all the fragrances makes me want to create a perfume reminiscent of such splendor.
Spring is in the air...close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Love Nina
